• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hi everybody,

is it possible to grant a Plesk-User only access to the Logfiles-Section of a specific Domain?

The user should get only access to download the logfiles of a specific domain.

Kind regards,

Marco

Does your user have access to the control panel for his/her specific domain? If so, the log files can be accessed through the control panel. If not, then you could run a cron job to copy the log files out to a folder in httpdocs for a specific domain that the use could view or download.

The Problem is, that the user hast full access to the control panel, but there iss a special employee who is only responsible for the logfiles. So his access has to be resticted only to download the logfiles..
