Question acme-challenge folder is not accessible

Hi!
I have an iisue with AutoSSL certificate renewal. Reading of manuals showed that files from https://mydomain.com/.well-known/acme-challenge/ folder should be accessible. So I've created test.txt file and trying to access it using this URL: https://mydomain.com/.well-known/acme-challenge/test.txt
I'm getting 404 error. Folder /.well-known/acme-challenge/ doesn't have .htaccess file which can prevent from getting access to test.txt.
Could you help me please to find what Plesk settings/applications may prevent access to the /acme-challenge folder?

P.S. https://mydomain.com/ link is working fine and accessible for users. Path /.well-known/acme-challenge/ is not accessible.

I found this topic with similar issue, but no solution there:
Issue - pki-validation folder returns 404 on new server
In my case files in /.well-known are available, while /.well-known/acme-challenge/ is not.
