Acronis Install

Hallo,

I have an install problem with acronis.

Acronis is installed on the server but plesk gives this error:

Please check that TrueImage Server is properly installed and configured. Check also that serial number is valid

Acronis is installed in /usr/lib/Acronis/TrueImage
The key file is copied there but plesk is giving this error.

Please advice.

Try to check following article http://faq.swsoft.com/article_158_1749_en.html
Sometimes this issue can be cased by Acronis modules so make sure that Acronis is installed correctly.
