• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hello together,
I would use the SSH terminal in Plesk.
The symbol is grey deposited (apparently not actively)
I dan times under the following point checked:
Server updater- stands a green checkmark and:
SSHTerm - SSH terminal java applet - you have a current version
If I with the pointer of mouse on the symbol of the SSH terminal
show receive I the following Tooltip: "system access must be activated
for the Domain to be able to use around the terminals Client."
Only which I can find far and broad in addition am:
Customer Domain(choice) - authorizations here there are three options:
Customer cannot permit shell access or forbid
customer can the access only on one chrooted to environment permit
customer can access to each type of shell permit

These has I all tried one after the other however the SSH
terminal Button remained further inactive.

How can I activate the SSH terminal?

Thank you already in advance
Bjoern
