Issue Add a new domain in Plesk

Hello everyone,

I've bought two domains for two different websites and a dedicated server for a company and I've set the first website without any issue.

Now I'm trying to add the second one, but I really can't get it.

I've set the SAME DNS config. for both websites (only the list order of some records change) and I've also set the same IP address from Plesk (changing it from dedicated to shared) for them.

I've already checked DNS propagation many times and it's right (so this is not the problem), also the preview website in Plesk show me (a messy) preview, but still working.

So, what am I doing wrong?

Please let me know if you need more info about it (like screenshots, links of websites if possible..) to figure it out.

What exactly is the issue? Can't the subscription be added? Can't the domain be opened in a browser? What are you doing, what is the expected result and what result are you actually getting?
