Add All HTTP Verbs to Site?

I'm trying to install DeskPro under a site managed by Plesk. I'm unable to get past the server check as it requires PUT & DELETE verbs to be available. This is what I've tried so far:

From IIS Manager I went to the specific site that needed the change, and went to handler mappings and for "ExtensionlessUrlHandler-ISAPI-4.0" (32 and 64 bit) & for "PHP54-via-FastCGI" I changed the request restrictions to handle "All verbs".

However it is still not passing the server check. Is there another option/setting somewhere that I'm missing?
