Resolved add and Remove Product Components“ not work on webinterface

i have 3 onyx Server on ubuntu 16.04 All Plesk install whit one click installation

sh <(curl https://autoinstall.plesk.com/one-click-installer || wget -O - https://autoinstall.plesk.com/one-click-installer)

butt on all 3 Server the „add and Remove Product Components“ not work. ( https://IP:8447 Webinterface )


No matter what I install it always comes on error log :

on SSH whit /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --install-component xxxxxxxx

works perfectly on al 3 Server.

Is this a Bug from onyx and ubuntu 16.04 Or only I have the problem? Comically that the webgui on all servers does not go.

Most likely you just need to properly set up locales on your Ubuntu box.

Oh very fast good support. Thank you very much. It works now. Your link has helped. I have also Ubuntu installed in English but Plesk in German. This has helped:

To configure locale, edit /etc/locale.gen, uncomment the de_DE.UTF-8 UTF-8 line in it. Then run locale-gen:
