"Add new database" link missing for a single domain!?

This is the weirdest thing ever. I have one domain in Plesk 7.5.4 where the "Add new database" icon is just plain missing from the control panel. Every other domain has the option available.

The domain has "Unlimited Domains" and has plenty of disk space available. Does anyone know what might be wrong?
