TITLE:
Add password requirements to "Enter new password" dialog in customer password-reset function
PRODUCT, VERSION, OPERATING SYSTEM, ARCHITECTURE:All versions, CentOS 7, 64-Bit
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:https://talk.plesk.com/threads/sugg...-of-password-reset-dialog.342109/#post-821075
A customer has forgotten his password. He enters his user name and e-mail address. Plesk mails him a password-reset link. On the dialog page that this link opens, the customer is prompted to enter a new password.
All customers fail doing that, because they do not know the requirements of that new password, e.g. "at least n characters long", "at least one special character", "at least one capital letter" and so on.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:A customer has forgotten his password.
Request new password through "forgot password" link on login screen.
ACTUAL RESULT:No requirements for new passwords mentioned on password reset dialog (the page where customers can enter a new password + password repetition).
EXPECTED RESULT:Password requirements mentioned to customers. Else they don't know what to enter. Alternative: Provide a "generate" and "display" button.
