Addd several admins

I need to add several admins to plesk so that the can log in to control panel at once or use the same login name but each time it says another user has logged in with the same details how would i go about doing this

Complete newbie to plesk as all our other servers are linux with cpanel.

Log into the plesk control panel as admin
Click the server button
Click the preferences button
Check the box that says allow multiple session usder administrator's login.

I think plesk should allow multiple "role" based logins but the above is how I've found to get multiple login sessions.
