Addition apache settingings (httpd.include)

I need to add some apache configuration directives that cannot be included within a <VirtualHost> directive therefore I cannot use the vhost.conf file.

Is there a master httpd.include file that I can either edit or does Plesk have a similiar type of vhost.conf file for the main configuration /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.include file (not for vhosts obvessively) which will be included if it exisits? How would I get this data in there?
