Additional Admin Account

How to setup an additional admin account for Plesk? And is it possible to restrict/limit that admin account?

With difficulty. Can't see it being an "easy" hack.

Uncheck the box called "Physical Hosting"?

- how to prevent users changing their own DNS settings?

Uncheck the box called "DNS Zone Modification".
