Additional FTP Accounts 530 User cannot log in, home directory inaccessible.

Hello,

I don't know why, but only one server with Plesk 12 if i create additional ftp accounts not working. i receive error:

530 User cannot log in, home directory inaccessible.

If i use principal FTP account works fine.

how can i fix this ?

Did you fix your issue? i've currently got the same problem on a Window's 2012 R2...which is using iis 8.5

Any help would be great.

+1 here... my ftp is not working and I followed on all that KB article.

Me too. After the Update to 12.0.18 we have a big problem with all customers.

No one can connect to FTP except domain administrator account (plesk admin).

I have done all the steps in
