New Pleskian
Hi,

We have windows shared server on which plesk control panel version 8.6 was upgraded 9.5 & then to 11.0.9. We have 2 issues which are as follows ::

1. Now some of our clients are on reseller account they need to be moved to normal hosting plan, in short their accounts needs to be downgraded from reseller to normal account.
Need assistance how to proceed with it as we are not able to find the option for this.

2. After upgrading the plesk from 8.6 --> 9.5 to 11.0.9 some of the clients are not able to find the additional ftp accounts which they added in plesk earlier, but we are able to see additional ftp user on server under local users and groups. Also when they try to click on ftp users they get the following error ::

Thank you .

Hello Igorg,

Thank you.

You made my day . The resolution provided has resolved my issue of ftp user.

Now regarding moving reseller account to normal hosting plan (downgrading the client) what would be the resolution.

Thank you.
