PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

When logged in as an Administrator user you are unable to change the hosting settings for "SSL/TLS support" and "Permanent SEO-safe 301 redirect from HTTP to HTTPS" for domains.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Create user with Administrator role
  2. Navigate to a domain and view hosting settings of domain

ACTUAL RESULT

Cannot change "SSL/TLS support" and "Permanent SEO-safe 301 redirect from HTTP to HTTPS" settings for domains.

EXPECTED RESULT

I would expect an Administrator user to be able to change the "SSL/TLS support" and "Permanent SEO-safe 301 redirect from HTTP to HTTPS" settings.
