Advice on WordPress Security

I have been using a suite of tools from Ithemes for Wordpress Security, Backups and Updates. With a recent upgrade to Plesk 12.5 I am wondering if the iThemes suite is now overkill with built-in WP security features in Plesk.

I am seeking advice on whether I should use both or just use what Plesk offers.

I am happy to get insight from the Plesk development team as well as others not affiliated with Plesk.

I suppose that this configuration was not tested by Plesk developers and it is really difficult to predict possible consequences. But common suggestion - do not use any third-party software on Plesk server for avoiding possible conflicts and incorrect operations.
