• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

After changing server, how to keep old stats from AWSTATS

Hi,

I created my new domain in Plesk, all is ok, but to view the old statistics from the last months, there's nothing to make it automatically.

So I copied :
- the log files
- the files : awstats102007.mydomain.com.txt, awstats112007.mydomain.com.txt, awstats122007.mydomain.com.txt

I ran the scheduled task manually to update the statistics, and it worked ! I had all my old statistics !
But there was a problem : the new statistics don't update after the 12th december (date of the server change). I deleted the last file : awstats122007.mydomain.com.txt and re-ran a statistics update. Now I have the old statistics until 31th november, nothing from 1 to 12th december, and the new statistics from 13 to 17th december.

Is there a solution to have the stats from 1 to 12th december + the news one ?

I tried to add the old log files into the new directory :
ex071201.log
ex071202.log
...
ex071213.log
ex071214.log
ex071215.log
ex071216.log

But after update, the old files are automatically removed !

Hello,
1. Please specify, how you moved your Plesk domain to the new server? The point is that when you use Plesk Migration Manager all statistic should be migrated correctly.

2. There are some known issues with statistics problem on Plesk 8.1. Please read the following artikles, they should help you:
