Question After ip change from provider only default page for all domains

Hallo,
after ip change from provider only default page was shown for all domains.
I think it's caused by ip address, but i cannot replace old private ip with new public ip or delete it.
(Error: Cannot remove the IP address because it is used by an active session. Cannot remove the IP address because it is the primary IP address of a network interface.)
How can I fix it?
