After migration, unlimited domains?

Hi there.. After migrating from 9.x to 10.4, I upgraded someone to Reseller.
I'm looking at his plans, and it shows that the subscriptions have unlimited domains listed.
Does this mean that they can create any number of hostings?

I have the same question for non-resellers - the ones that are just customers. Are they now allowed to create
an unlimited amount of hostings? Gosh!
