After Restart Services and CPU Red Alert

Hi all. I've setup plesk 11.5.30 on my new VPS about 5 day ago. So, i've the problem. When i restart my server after i login my plesk panel and when i check health monitor, it show Services and CPU to Red alert. When i wait about 2 hour, it resolved automaticly. How can i fix it? Any idea?

Hello,

I will suggest you monitor your server through SSH after reboot because through SSH you can find out which user or process is using the high CPU and memory on your server
