• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Input After updating OS Plesk does not restart services/server

Regular Pleskian
Hello,

Last week there was a large update for my OS (Centos 7). Everything was updated via Plesk. So far noting wrong.
But after that i start to reveive errors. (cURL; Host could not be found etc)
After some checking is was that some services needed to be restarted for the problmen i had with some domains.
But also Plesk self was causing errors that needed the complete server to be restarted. (License key server could not be found; Extension server could not be found)

Perhaps it is possible for Plesk when there is a OS upgrade that the user is alerted to that fact and told that the server needs to be restarted .
