After upgrade from 11.0 to 11.5 I cannot change PHP "engine"

Hi,

I updated weeks ago from 11.0.x to 11.5.x. Some minutes ago I created a new subdomain and realized I am now able to choose the "PHP Engine" (Module, CGI, FCGI). I immediately wanted that for some older subdomains but I get no chooser there.

Did I missed a special upgrade / migration step after updating?
