Question Afterlogic as Webmail Services

Hello,

I made a new subscription with a subdomain afterlogic.domain.tld and registered at the webmail services. After selecting the service in an domain to use as default webmail client it's not working.

webmail.domain.tld is showing the default plesk page instead of the afterlogic webmail.

How can I solve this? Is it even possible what I'm trying?

So, if I'm correctly understood, you want to use afterlogic.domain.tld URL for webmail service instead of default webmail.domain.tld for domain.tld, right?
In this case it is not necessary to create separate afterlogic.domain.tld subscription. You need to create custom webmail template. This KB article will give you right direction - How to setup access to webmail over mail.domain.com as well as webmail.domain.com

Adding afterlogic CNAME DNS record is also required for correct hostname resolving.

Not exactly what I mean. If i install horde via Plesk installer I can select either Roundcube or Horde and its linked to webmail.domain.tld. But if I add afterlogic as a webmail service and select it webmail won't show the afterlogic client

OK, but this is kinda outdated as well because atmail isn't supported anymore since plesk 11.1

I'm also trying to use afterlogic as a webmail services on my plesk for my customers
