AH00098: pid file /run/httpd/httpd.pid overwritten => Solution?

Hi All

I have several problem on some server, with 502 error nginx when apache fail. I review logs and the

AH00098: pid file /run/httpd/httpd.pid overwritten -- Unclean shutdown of previous Apache run

error appear a lot of time, also other error :

[Sat Jan 23 09:03:27.471675 2016] [core:warn] [pid 666587:tid 140389671614528] AH00045: child process 669455 still did not exit, sending a SIGTERM
[Sat Jan 23 09:03:29.473926 2016] [core:error] [pid 666587:tid 140389671614528] AH00046: child process 669454 still did not exit, sending a SIGKILL

I have found any article about apache bug and try it : https://www.apachelounge.com/viewtopic.php?p=28864

I have apply this change is one of server, it's too early to have an conclusion about them, but I don't know if someone have similar problem and found any similar solution...

Well, this solution have not solve our problem, but we have reduce problem by changing apache from mpm-event to mpm-worker.
Now I am trying to optimize fastcgi (there is an good article : http://www.cloudlinux.com/blog/clnews/perfecting-fastcgi-settings-for-shared-hosting.php )
