TITLE:
Alert question mark in subscription list remains red after fixing a disk space overuse
PRODUCT, VERSION, OPERATING SYSTEM, ARCHITECTURE:
Onyx 17.5, 17.8, latest patches
CentOS 7.5
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
After a disk space overusage situation is resolved and statistics were recalculated, the alert question mark in the subscription list stays red as if there still was an error. It needs a nightly maintenance for it to change.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Overuse any subscription and wait until the next morning.
2. In the subscription list, a boldface, red question mark appears behind the subscription name, indicating that there is a problem.
3. Solve the overuse, e.g. by deleting files.
4. Run /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics --calculate-one --domain-name=<domain.tld> for the subscription. This will recalculate the disk space usage. Disk space usage will be shown correctly afterwards.
5. Go back into the list of subscriptions.
ACTUAL RESULT:
The question mark is no longer bold face, but it remains red as if there was an error.
EXPECTED RESULT:
Question mark should be gray.

It is not a bug: plesk sbin statistics --calculate-one -d example.com only collects resources usage data. To apply business rules on resource limits overuse one should analyze collected statistics by executing plesk daily AnalyseDomainStatistics. The latest is executed by cron on daily basis.
