Question Alias Subdomain and Apache/Nginx config

In the DNS section I must create an alias subdomain to use it with a Multisite WP.
So there is a real content associated with this alias because WP will be to manage domains using the main domain folder.

So I think I have to create it as"No hosting" and do not expect a PHP / Apache / Nginx configuration. It's right?
