• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
    If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

All Domains Using Default Domain

I have 4 domains added, 3 are on a shared Ip and 1 on a static. Everything seems to be good, except when I go to my domains, it shows the default website page (Default Domain), even though I have content in each of the domain httpdoc folders.

Any ideas why?

I am running Plesk 8.2.1 on windows 2003 server x64. This problem might be to due to my firewall, which is using 1 to 1 NAT.

External IPS

216.1.1.2 ->->-> 192.168.1.2 (Shared Domains)
216.1.1.3 ->->-> 192.168.1.3 (Static 1 Domain)

In Plesk the domains are associated with the external ip addresses, IE, 216.1.1.X not the internal.

In windows control panel -> network -> tcp/ip -> advanced -> Ip settings I have the following ip addresses added:

192.168.1.2 / 255.255.255.0
192.168.1.3 / 255.255.255.0
216.1.1.2 / 255.255.255.248
216.1.1.3 / 255.255.255.248
