Issue An email account has disappeared

A strange thing has happened to our plesk server. Simply an email account disappeared. Unfortunately we only have 30 days logs and this problem happened 45 days ago. We have even searched through all user emails to see if it was renamed by mistake (it happened to us a few months ago) but we didn't get any information, what could have happened, can this information be somewhere apart from the plesk logs? I am referring to the deletion of the account.
