• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hello everyone!
Well I have a problem and I don't know how to solve it.

The domains I host in Plesk have email accounts. If they send a message, the recipient receives it without any problem. But if the recipient uses Google Workspace email, they don't get the message. And he doesn't receive any bounce message either.

On all accounts I have configured SPF, DMARC and DKIM logging. The IP is not on any SPAM list. I have several servers with other IPs and the same thing happens.

Does anyone have any idea what could be going on? I have contacted Google, but they tell me it is not theirs.

I have 20 domains in Plesk, and any email from any domain, the same thing happens. As well as in other Plesk I have.
Email delivery log events:

Hi,

juanma@***dec.es is a Google Workspace email address?

Domains that use Google Workspace hosted email addresses or other 3rd party mail services must have the mail service Disabled for incoming or Not configured (removes existing email addresses and server stored emails).

The log entry shows a successful delivery to a @Gmail address and a successful delivery to a local email address.

Hello, Raul. Yes, the account juanma@***dec.es is in Google Workspace and hosted on my server.

I have checked the option “Not configured” and it works PERFECTLY!
You have helped me a lot. I've been for 3 months with this problem and trying everything and at the end the solution was easier than I thought...

Thank you so much for the help :)
