Dear Frank Shaw,

Per our phone conversation, I investigated the problems with Plesk. The password you had set was incorrect. I have reset the password to what you have in this ticket for Plesk. You should now be able to access the plesk control panel.

EV 1 or the plant which server company

did this

To upgrade Plesk you will need to do following options. You will need to install the update to 7.5.6 because you’ re running 7.5.2 now. I have downloaded the install for Plesk 7.5.6 for you located on your desktop 'plesk_7.5.6+_build060421.14.exe.' All you need to do is double click on the icon and follow the instructions. You will need to reboot the server after you have finished the upgrade. Once the server is back online you then need to use the upgrade to Plesk 8.2. I have downloaded this upgraded to the desktop also 'plesk_8.2.0_build070705.17.exe.' This is the same thing double clock the icon and follows the intentions. You will need to reboot the server once again for the changes to take. If you need further assistance, please feel free to reopen this ticket.

Thank you
