Apache default page after Firewall install

Good morning. Last night, I installed the Firewall module (Plesk 10.0.1) and as soon as I did, all domains on the server for all IPs immediately began displaying the Apache default page. Removing the firewall module had no effect. I reprovisioned the server (not knowing what had caused it the first time) and got the same result when I set it up again.

When I look at Apache error pages, it now gives server tokens where it did not before. It seems the Apache config file has been replaced or heavily modified.

Not really wanting to reprovision the server again and would really like to use the Firewall module if at all possible. Is there a way to tie the Plesk Apache config back in?

Thanks!
