Apache Fails to load

Apache fails to load so none of the sites are up nor can I access Plesk control panel. How can I find out whats causing apache to fail?

This is what I get in /var/log/httpd/error_log when attempting to run apache:

Now I'm getting the following error:
SSLCertificateFile: file '/usr/local/psa/var/certificates/cert-KmhbFL' does not exist or is empty
[FAILED]
