    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

apache high use of memory

I have shortly upgraded from 9.x to 10.01 and since then I have hughe memory usage by the apache server, this happens on two servers with the same config. strangely enough, on one of them there are no active sites(yet!)
any hints?
 
yes, but I cannot change my settings as they are needed a smooth Joomla development, so there has to be another solution
