Apache not starting after update

Hi,

finally i found a solution for my key issue to upgrade to 5.2. But now i have the problem, that apache is not starting.

In the shell i get the following message, when starting apache:
------------------------------------
VirtualHost XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:443 overlaps with VirtualHost XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX3:443, the first has precedence, perhaps you need a NameVirtualHost directive
------------------------------------

In Plesk i get the message:
----------------------------------
Unable to make action: Unable to manage service by websrvmng: websrvmng: Service /etc/init.d/apache2 failed to start ('--start', 'web')
--------------------------------

Any idea, how i get apache back to work?
