Apache Problem after Backup

Andrew_Pa

Regular Pleskian
Hi to everyone

I have a serious problem with my server, every day. I have Plesk 10.4.4 Update #29 but this problem occurred before 2-3 updates ( I cannot remember )

I configure my server to do a backup, every day at 4 am. Every day, after the finish of backup, I receive a lot of email that say's

Generating new Apache configuration on host <hotel463.server4you.net> failed because the following error(s) occurred:

httpd: Syntax error on line 210 of /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf: Syntax error on line 6 of /etc/httpd/conf.d/zz010_psa_httpd.conf: Syntax error on line 10 of /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/generated/13366117870.98058100_horde.include: Syntax error on line 20 of /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/webmail_horde_bootstrap.conf: Could not open configuration file /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/generated/13368716650.29383300_XXXXXXXX_webmail.include: No such file or directory

Please fix error(s) in templates of Apache configuration and retry generating the configuration file.

Where "XXXXXXXX" is a domain name. Every night is a different domain.

After that none of the sites are working. I login in the plesk panel and a message appear

Error: New files of configuration for Apache web server were not built due to errors in configuration templates. The detailed error message was e-mailed to you, so please check the e-mail, fix the errors, and click here to retry generating configuration.

When I click on the link some times I get a message
Web server reconfiguration success: New Apache configuration was built.

and some other times I get the error
Web server reconfiguration failed: New Apache configuration was not built.

If I turn off the schedule backup nothing happens.

Please can you help me?

Thank you very much for your answer.

I run the following command :
mysql> select * from Configurations where status='error' \G

The answer is

I tried the solutions above but they don't match to my problem. Only the third link ( http://kb.parallels.com/en/111605 ). Every day I run the Resolution 2 to solve my provlem, but every day happens again after the backup.
