Apache to serve web pages?

Ok, So I'm a little confused, Can Plesk for windows use Apache to serve the web pages that are hosted by Plesk?

When I installed Plesk 9.2 I chose the option to use Apache instead of IIS, but anytime I check my domains, they are all being served by IIS and not apache. I really want to be able to continue using my .htaccess files and such.

Am I totally missing something here? Why isn't Apache being used?

Thanks for any responses.
