I recently had to help someone with their Ensim Pro server and the backup/restore system was a breeze compared to Plesk's.
What I like is that you can simply set-up a scheduled backup to run daily (for example) and it will back up the entire server (all configuration, sites, databases etc) and FTP it to a backup server for you.
Then, if you want to restore a backup the Ensim Pro system will list all the available backups in that FTP account and allow you to choose which to restore (so it could be an individual site or the complete server set-up). It will then FTP down the backups and run the restore for you. And it works perfect!
If Plesk had this functionality I would be over the moon, as I'd love to just say "back-up my appliance please" and it just does it.
What say you SWsoft??
