Application Vault Broke 8.1

I'm having trouble installing any of the applications in the Application Vault to a root directory, Fire-bug from Firefox reports the following problem:
f.ssl has no properties
In /siteapp/siteapp_install.php?previous_page=site_app_pkgs

Some help would be great. I'm using the latest hotfix available.

If I empty the field for the folder it still installs in the default folder also. the Document Root Radio Button is selected on Submit
