Application Vault Error

When I log into the control panel and go to the Applications tab I get the following error:

APS Catalog error: Unable to parse the ATOM content. DOMDocument::loadXML(): Empty string supplied as input

I do not see all the applications that normally appear. (such as WordPress) I see a few apps but not the whole catalog.

Please Help!

​Tools & Utilities -> Application Vault -> Clear cache (worked)
