Application Vault

I have upgraded from plesk 7.5.3 to ver 7.5.4. Had everything working on previous version. After the upgrade I am unable to launch applications installed by application vault. They install ok but when you try to run them I get a error saying page not found.

Any clues what I done wrong or hint to fix the problem?
