asp and asp.net don't seem to work

I installed Plesk without any problems, but when I create a domain and try to load a asp or asp.net page, it doesn't work... the asp test page takes very long to load, but fails in the end with the error: "The connection was reset". I think it has to do something with the IIS application pool, or the user assigned to it.

the default IIS application pool works just fine.

any idea what could be the problem ?

Hi,
Run the following command to reconfigure your dmain:

"%plesk_bin%\websrvmng" --reconfigure-vhost --vhost-name=yourdomainname

Let us know if it worked.
