Issue ASP Compilation Error

Hi there,

I'm having trouble with an ASP website and one of the problems is this:

Compiler Error Message: BC30138: Unable to create temp file in path 'C:\Windows\TEMP\': Access is denied.

What should the permissions be for C:\Windows\TEMP\ so that websites can access this folder?
