ASP mail > cdont > Permission denied

Hi,

I try to find how to send emails in ASP with CDONTS but that does not work. Permission denied. I do not understand yet I followed the tutorial Parallels http://kb.odin.com/fr/560

An idea?
Another solution for sending email in asp?

System: Windows Server 2003 - IIS 6.0 - Plesk 9.2
