asp mail handler problem

Howdy,
I have a flash site that originally used a php mail handler to send mail from a form.
But now I have switched to a windows server I am now trying to get an asp mail handler to work instead.
I am not really loads up on my asp programming but apparently my code is fine.

When I try sending mail my asp form it throws up this..

"The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator to inform of the time the error occurred and of anything you might have done that may have caused the error"

I have asked around on a few asp forums and people have said to make sure that SMTP is installed which it is and running.

Does anyone else have asp mail handler running on a plesk server?

Does anyone know how to fix the problem that is occurring?

u not only need smtp service configed and u need make sure CDO or orther Asp mail service is running very well.
