ASP .net not working

When I run an asp .net site, I get the following error.

Compiler Error Message: CS0016: Could not write to output file

I know this is suposed to be a rights issue on a temp folder, but I simply can not figure out where this is

May be you need grant modify permission on temp folder and files to IUSR_ user.
