Atmail Webmail Client Shows Blank Emails

Hi,

I have an issue with the Atmail Webmail client that's packaged with the Plesk system. Am using Parallels Plesk 11.0.9.
Most of my users prefer the atmail interface for its easy to use and has a nice feel to it.
Now i have an issue that keeps occurring on random emails, they came in as blank yet when you view them in another mail client, the same email has content in it.
I have gone ahead and looked at the atmail error log and at the point when the user is trying to view particular mail that eventually displays as blank, its logs it with this error:

PHP Notice: Undefined index: debug_sql in /var/www/atmail/libs/Atmail/SQL.php on line 50, referer: http://webmail.somedomain.com/parse...showmail_interface.html&ajax=1&func=Inbox&To=

The line 50 in the SQL.php file it refers to has this line:

$this->debug = $pref['debug_sql'];

Any advice on what could be causing these random emails to display as blank.
I have attached a screenshot of the blank email.
