atMail webmail showing empty folders

I can login to atmail webmail, but all I get is the normal INBOX, SENT, TRASH and etc folders. All of them empty. It does not appear to see any of my real IMAP folders.

I'm using Plesk for windows 9.0.2 with Windows 2003.

Any suggestions?

Horde works, but looks HORRIBLE, so I really need to get atMail to work, or a guide on how to integrate Roundcube.
