Issue autoinstaller script not binding to IPv4(tcp) only IPv6(tcp6) causing updates UI to timeout

ospnlive

New Pleskian
I am unable to resolve this issue with the support articles below. When I click on the updates option from the Plesk Panel (Toos & Settings) it opens a new browser tab pointing to the server address:8447, but it times out. Processes show the autoinstaller script is executed twice, however netstat shows a new port binding on TCP6 only, and not TCP. Why is the autoinstaller script only binding to TCP6? This is causing the web browser unable to communicate to the updater UI, which eventually failes and times out. Please advise.
