Autoresponder not working

Auto responder is not working. no errors. no clue. running qmail. 300+ virtual domains and no one's autoresponder works. MySQL databas is being populated so it's accepting information from users. Thank you in advance.
 
After grepping log files, I came across the problem - it was mysql login issue. Permissions on the .psa.shadow password file was not set correctly so it could not access the database to retrieve the user/domain info.
