Autoresponder Works - Mail Doesn't

My autoresponder works, but mail redirection doesn't

I send mail to: [email protected] and receive my autoresponder response.

But the original email is never delivered. Any suggestions?

I've tried rebooting the system. This doesn't work.

You should check the maillog.
/usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog
A good thing to try is follow the log:
# tail -f /usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog
then send an email and see what it says.
